I am looking for my half sister Jessica Dyball. Jessica`s mother is Joanna who is of Maltese descent. I am unsure of Joanne`s Maiden name. Jessica was 19mths old when my mother Kathy became pregnant with me. Jessica`s mother and father were divorced and he went on to marry another lady and have 3 or 4 children to her. I am told Jessica had dark brown hair as a child and possible brown eyes like her mother. She may have slightly olive skin. If you know of any information please contact me.
