At the time the. mother Ellen Rachel Craig was under the influence of a small cult or sect situated near Oberon in the blue mountains. I was awarded temporary legal custody. Ellen Craig now lives in Palmerston North New Zealand. To the best of my knowledge she gave Tillie over to the care of someone else years ago.
