Date of birth: 08/01/80. I would like very much for her to get in contact with me. As we adopted her out in 1981 and have had all information blocked. we would like to have all information unblocked so that we can find her but this is just a start. You were born in the Nepean District Hospital NSW under the name of Rachael Elaine Muhs. we don`t know whether she has taken on her new adopted family`s` last name. Rachael would now be 24 years of age. I know it has been a long time. but I would really love to hear from her once again. A lot of details need to be sorted out with her and all of her questions will be answered. This was a regretful decision we had to make at the time and would like to rectify that with her when in contact.
