. Pamela is searching for birth mother – or siblings. I was born in the Salvation Army’s Bethesda Hospital. Marrickville. Sydney. on 1st January 1941. The Salvation Army changed my birth details. swapping my name and details with another baby’s name and details. For that reason I have no name to search for. I was born on 1st January. 1941. but because of incorrect certificate. it could have been a couple of days either side – 30/31 December 1940. or 2/3 January 1941. I am hoping someone will know of a member of their family who gave birth at this hospital. and on one of these dates.
