Date of Birth: 8 May 1959. I am wishing to find information of my birth parents. Mother. Lynette Sharon Smith from Carrum and aged 17 at the time. Father`s name was not listed. only that he was 19 and from West Heidleberg. I was born on 12 October 1976 at the Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital in Melbourne. I have little information but would appreciate any details of any relatives.
