This person is known as Doug Flanders. He may have been born in country Victoria, but attended Geelong College during secondary years. From there he studied Engineering at The Gordon Institute of Technolgy, Geelong, as it was known then.He would be somewhere around the age of 61 yrs.He was working at Sunwater Consulting Engineering Co.Brisbane at least until 2002, but not sure if he has retired since.Probably still living in Brisbane.From finishing his degree he did move to Melbourne to live.May still have family there.
