. Gave birth to baby girl 30th September. 1965 at Paddington Hospital. NSW. I was named by my birth mother KAREN ANN LEES. The notifier on my adoption certificate is K. Cuncliffe-Jones. Not sure if this is relevant. I would love to hear from her or anyone who knows where she may be contacted. Don`t wish to cause any trouble I will respect privacy of anyone concerned. I have a son I am sure she would be proud to know.
